In my role as a Marketing Specialist at PDP IT Academy, I undertook the leadership of the company's media projects within its vibrant YouTube channel. Managing a diverse team of creative professionals, including a content creator, three copywriters, two graphic designers, and three videographers/video editors, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of digital content creation and engagement analysis reporting.

The primary aim was to curate and execute a series of impactful media projects for PDP IT Academy's YouTube channel. These projects, including PDP Meetup, PDP Guest Lecture, and PDP Alumni, aimed to showcase the achievements and insights of successful individuals in the IT industry, fostering engagement and building a sense of community among the academy's audience.

Remarkably, the content attracted over 10,000 organic subscribers, all achieved without the use of advertisements.
