I collaborate with empowered teams to develop sustainable software that users like using. I can wear many hats, including research, digital marketing, design, coding and data analysing by focusing on putting together the ideal team and knowing what questions to ask in order to succeed.
Our journey starts with a joint meeting when we discuss objectives, obstacles, and vision. I find the distinctive product components that will characterise and represent user needs through brainstorming, competitive analysis and research.
We move on to the phase of creative execution. Here, I together with designers and engineers work on realising vision. We create with great care, making sure that every component flows naturally into the broader story by establishing a product's multi-year roadmap of a development, packaging, launch, and expansion.
I elevate and optimise the digital presence for ongoing excellence at this critical juncture, going beyond simple launch. The trip doesn't finish there; instead, it transitions into an ongoing state of improvement and adjustment by guiding teams through the entire product lifecycle.
It all started during my undergraduate years when I studied Business Management with a focus on Marketing (2018-2022). That's where I got my initial grasp of consumer behaviour and how markets function. Then my first professional story started in PDP IT Academy by joining the team as a marketing specialist in 2021. I was given the responsibility of managing the PDP IT Academy's YouTube channel while also helping the project manager with multiple areas of marketing research, analytics, and strategy development. I had never really delved into the field of IT and development until this time, which opened up a whole new world for me. I got the chance to work closely with the IT team, which gave me an awareness of the complexities of developing digital solutions as well as insights into the development process. This experience broadened my understanding of the relationship between development and marketing, highlighting how crucial it is to synchronise the two fields for effective product launches.
In 2022, I then delved into the practical side by joining startup "Support Solution" in Uzbekistan first as a Marketing Specialist and later as a ProductManager. It was here that I actively engaged in diverse projects, honing my skills and embracing the challenges of product management for the first time. It was an exhilarating opportunity to combine my expertise in creating web pages, handling marketing research, and supervising social media management with the responsibilities of shaping products. One of the significant projects I undertook during this time was spearheading the creation of the company's website pages. It involved meticulously understanding user needs, translating them into product requirements, and working closely with developers and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution. This experience not only allowed me to delve deep into product requirements but alsotaught me the intricacies of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Relocating to Germany to pursue my master's degree in Digital Marketing in November 2022 and in 2023 start gaining international product management experience was a strategic move. Joining the multinational company Henkel as a Product Owner Intern in the project LOCTITE Pulse, I engaged intensely in decoding user needs and translating them into precise product requirements, embracing Agile methodologies and aligning diverse stakeholder needs within a tech-centric environment. As I continue my journey in the project LOCTITE Pulse at Henkel, I am evolving into a seasoned Product Manager in the tech landscape, leveraging my diverse skill set in digital marketing, product management, and user-friendly design to create products that resonate with consumers while propelling businesses towards success in today's digital sphere.
